I made 9 pints of peach pie filling for the freezer from my Ball Blue Book.
I used the extra to fill the bottom of my 9x13" pan.
Then I topped it all with cobbler topping from Betty Crocker's Cookbook.
Unfortunately only me and the girls can enjoy it.
My visitors won't be here until tomorrow.
And Jim and Alex don't like peaches.
Well, I do and I'm excited!
